Perfugas village has all you need during your stay in Sardinia. Including: supermarkets, a greengrocer, butchers, a bakery, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, a wine and a cheese cooperative, an ice cream parlour as well as a pharmacy, a cash point etc.
Tip : we buy all our cheese and wine from the 2 local cooperatives as they are cheaper and excellent quality. I have also tried quite a few ice cream parlours in this island & Perfugas has one of the best.
What is possibly less expected are the various cultural monuments available to visit in Perfugas. I strongly recommend to visit the archeological museum as well as the 16th Century retablo and the sacred well amongst others .
There are many traditionnal festas happening in Perfugas, as well as various concerts and events in the main square in the summer. More details at the villa.
We have family in Perfugas. How long have you been in Sardinia and where are you from?
I’m French (from northern France bear Belgium) and my partner is British. We have had a holiday home of Sardinia for 7 years now. Best of both worlds really : summer here, winter there ! I have followed your blog for quite a while; you certainly are travelling too. Out of cheer curiosity , what is the surname of your familly in Perfugas. There are a lot of Brundu, Filiziu and Coiladu about 😉 Take care
